* XL and XXL lights may require extra packaging when sending internationally – we will contact you to arrange this on receipt of your order.

* Please note international shipping prices are for courier services, as we recommend customers use a courier for security and peace of mind. If you would like us to quote you the price for airmail – which does not have the same security benefits but is considerably more economical – please email us.

* Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When ordering from Monmouth, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Monmouth will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange or credit. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Sale items cannot be returned. Please see below for our faulty items procedure.

For all Returns / exchanges please email info@monmouth.glass. Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange. The costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

Once the item/s has been received by Monmouth they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or we can apply a credit to your account using a voucher code. Monmouth will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate accordingly.

Faulty items

We take special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. As all Monmouth products are hand-made and free-blown so no two items are identical – subtle variations in colour, shape, and size, should be expected.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we will of course replace the item at our cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit to the value of the purchase made, doing our best to keep you happy.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard through our payment service provider Stripe. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. We also have Laybuy available, as a term-payment option.

Currency

Monmouth charges your credit card in New Zealand dollars. If you live outside New Zealand and have a foreign currency credit card, the amount in New Zealand dollars will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rate. Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can differ depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.
