1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Monmouth Glass. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website [insert website URL] (the "Site") and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer a range of glass products through our Site. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accurately display the products on our Site, but we do not guarantee that the descriptions are complete or error-free.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will process and ship your order according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange or credit. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Sale items cannot be returned. Please see below for our faulty items procedure.
For all Returns / exchanges please email info@monmouth.glass. Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange. The costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
Once the item/s has been received by Monmouth they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or we can apply a credit to your account using a voucher code. Monmouth will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate accordingly.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Monmouth Glass and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our Site without our express written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monmouth Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or the products purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
