PACKAGING

All Monmouth Glass is packaged with care. We use minimal plastic to wrap the glass, then suspend each item in compostable packing peanuts inside a recyclable cardboard box.

 

AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND

We ship around Aotearoa New Zealand using NZ Post Courier Services. You will receive notifications directly from NZ Post when the courier for your item is booked.

* XL and XXL lights may require extra packaging when sending internationally – we will contact you to arrange this on receipt of your order.

* Please note international shipping prices are for courier services, as we recommend customers use a courier for security and peace of mind. If you would like us to quote you the price for airmail – which does not have the same security benefits but is considerably more economical – please email us.

* Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When ordering from Monmouth, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Monmouth will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
